DMS is pleased to announce the supply of 'Enviro Glasmedia' to Palma Aquarium, Mallorca for their water filters. Palma Aquarium are part of the Coral Group and this is a major step forward for DMS in the supply of Glasmedia to Europe.

Palma Aquarium is a spectacular marine park in Mallorca that recreates sea and oceanic habitats and ecosystems. The aquarium contains a range of marine life from the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Palma Aquarium recreates life in marine ecosystems and natural animal habitats.

Mike Sloane of Palma Aquarium said: "Since the filter media was replaced with glass, there has been a marked improvement in water clarity. Additionally, because the filters are working more efficiently, we are saving on energy, water replacement and disposal costs, again another plus point when the park considers our carbon footprint".   

Enviro Glasmedia not only has the 'green' credentials, it also works more effectively than sand.
